Question by Lemons: What are some good finger foods for an 8 month old?
My very active, very hungry 8 month old boy has recentlly started finger foods so he can learn to self-feed & develop fine motor skills. But I'm on high alert about choking. I looked at the little puffs & yogurt bites Gerber makes & all the ingredients I couldn't pronounce turned me off of them. What are some good finger foods I can give my son to snack on?
