i was watching an old Everyday Italian episode (i have almost all of them TiVo'd) and i saw Giada make this recipe. i realized i had all the ingredients instead of the beans. i subbed the beans w/ mushrooms, corn, and tiny ravioli (just to add some body to the soup). it was sooooo easy to make and
