Question by Diane K: I noticed that my old white dishes have orange spots on the bottom - What is this and what causes it?
I even bought a set of four small white dishes - Food Network's - since then - and after one washing in the dishwater they had a few of these spots too. Is it the water? Material in a white plate? I suppose one way around it is to get clear glass plates.
