Question by Nikki: 5 month old baby's feeding schedule...?
My breastfed daughter is almost 5 months old, at her 4 month check up her doc told me to start her to cereal and if she did well introduce fruits and veggies. She did well and loves them. I was on gerbers website and they have a "daily menu planner" and this is what they reccommend for her age:
Morning Feeding: 4oz breastmilk
Breakfast:4tbs baby cereal & 1/2 jar of stage 1 baby fruit
Mid Morning Snack: 4oz breastmilk
Lunch: 4oz
