Cooking Lab: Japanese - 「松花堂弁当」 鯛松皮造り ''Shokado Bento - Tai Matsukawa-zukuri'' (Snapper 'Pine-Bark' Sashimi)

Today was our final Japanese cooking lab. We made a Shokado Bento, which is a very traditional bento that comes in a black, square box divided into 4 square compartments. Very basic.
This is the Muko-zuke section which usually contains raw fish sashimi. This is a Tai Matsukawa-zukuri or ''Pine-bark Snapper
