How many calories or ounces of baby food, milk for 7 month?

Question by newmomma: How many calories or ounces of baby food, milk for 7 month?
Hi,
I am totally confused about how much I should give my baby. I am very badly in need of a feeding schedule. I recently started with solids and not sure how much milk and solids I should do. I cannot rely on my baby to guide me because my baby does not give me a good indication as to when his tummy is full.

Can you please provide me with a schedule?
