i would like to become a cake decorator but cake that cost anywhere from $ 500 to $ 5,000 or more. Is there a market for these types of cakes. I see them being made by chefs on the Food Network. Will people buy them if they are price between $ 500 to $ 2000-$ 5000 depending on the ocassion?
