Question by Mary H: What do 6 month babies just starting baby food eat?
How many times a day do you feed them and how much?

Answer by Sara CI would start with some rice cereal and formula mixed. It is the easiest on their stomach. Then i would start the stage 1 foods. Just make sure you start them one at a time for a few days each that way you can make sure that they arent allergic to any of the foods that you are giving 'em
