Budget for food and drink is 8500

Also do you feed the DJ?

8500/200 = 42.50$ per person.

For this budget you better be bringing out the Steak, prime rib, caeser salad, fruit, cheesecake. The good stuff.

Feed the DJ, he will be hungry too.
