Are silicone ice cube trays SAFE for baby food freezing?

Question by new style american girlfriend: Are silicone ice cube trays SAFE for baby food freezing?
I'm one of those who is careful with the plastics due to leaching. If you avoid BPA, etc., then let me know what you think about silicone ice cube trays for baby food freezing.

Currently I'm using a #5 plastic Sterilate ice cube tray that is breaking my wrists!!!!
