I had a chance to take a "heart smart" hands on cooking lesson tonight. The main course was Cheddar Cottage Pie.
Others did the cutting and I worked the stove.
As sides, we had roasted squash and broccoli.
It was positively delicious and during the time I met new people, talked about different things, and got the low-down from the nutritionist about good things to eat and ingredients to use. Next week
