There's a new food show on Channel 4 called FOOD (appropriately enough). It's not a great show, but in the first episode they made a slow-cooked pork cheek ragu to serve on pasta and I thought, "I *have* to make that". I couldn't find pork cheeks so I used pork shoulder instead, and it was delicious.
