Answer by Just meSure. Just be sure to stir it thoroughly afterwards, as the microwave and cause warming more in some areas of the bowl than others. Then, test the food yourself to make sure it's not too hot. Better to start with 30 seconds and add more time if necessary. What I wouldn't do without a microwave!!
