This is my first time having food poisoning. I got it from Panda Express. What are some ways to get rid of it? PLEASE HELP!

Answer by bmacYou are just going to have to vomit and poop it out. That's why you are vomiting and pooping---your body is trying to rid itself of the bad food. When you can keep some fluids down, make sure it's Gatorade. You'll need to get re-hydrated again.
