Question by Astragalo: Making my own baby food?
I have a 6 and a half month old son who's been on solids for about 3 weeks. Recently, I received a Baby Bistro Box (a recipe box full of baby food recipes) and in the 6-8 months section, it has some recipes that contain olive oil and chicken broth. Right now I only use water to mix in with the baby food and am worried about using these oils and broths. When do you think it will be safe to add them? Thanks.
