i am brining a turkey already but last year i used a turkey bag to cook my turkey in and i was just looking for another way to cook it. i saw the cheesecloth method on tv and the turkey looked like it came out really well.. i was wondering if someone can give me step by step instructions on using the cheese cloth. and how much of it to use.
