This was my first time making tofu nuggets and I rather like the results. I followed a Betty Crocker recipe and used a tofu cutlet I'd had lurking in the back of the fridge for probably too long. The nuggets came out pretty well and even tasted good reheated the next day. I had been worried the nuggets would be greasy, but I drained them on paper towels pretty well and they didn't seem to have
