Question by BeachBum: Do I give water to drink when starting solids at 6 months old?
I got some great answers about starting my daughter on solids soon, but forgot to ask about a drink to help wash them down. Do I need to give her water along with the solids or are the jarred baby foods watered down enough that she won't need it yet? Also, how will I know when she needs a drink, as she's not yet holding her bottles (try as she might!)? And when do I start teaching her to use a sippy
