Question by ruggala: What are some healthy fast food options for lunch?
I try to always bring my lunch to work but when I don't I'm not sure what are healthy options to eat from fast food resturants. By my work is all your usual fast food places. What are some of the things on the menus I could eat that would be semi healthy?
