Q&A: What is the difference between chinese, vietnamese, szeuchan, and thai food at restuarants?

Question by jewel: What is the difference between chinese, vietnamese, szeuchan, and thai food at restuarants?
I just call it chinese food but some of it says szeuchan or vietnamese. Is it almost the same or is there a way to tell the difference?
