Question by Kristine ♥: what would happen if you eat unhealthy foods ALL DAY ?
unhealthy and high carbs foods like,
a big bag of potato chips, chicken legs, macaroni, tea biscuit, chocolates, white bread rolls with cheese in it lolz
but you didn't go over your calorie limit of 1,300 and you still worked out. would you still get fat ? is it fine as long as you didn't go over my limit? ahh even if it's fine i'm not gonna do it again :< i feel fat everytime i eat unhealthy stuffs.
