Gerber Food is known as the best in baby food! Everyone out there is very well aware of the wonderful face and products that grace the Gerber Baby Food line. The birth of the baby food line goes all the way back to the summer of 1927 when Daniel and Dorthy Gerber started straining and canning baby food for their baby daughter Sally. They decided to add the process to their canning business in Fremont, Michigan and that's where Gerber was born.
