Omega-3 - Fortified In Foods
Introduction
We are all looking for ways to get Omega-3, other than by eating fish. You can receive Omega-3 from plant material, but this is not very efficient method of receiving your Omega-3. The best way I found was by taking fish oil supplements. But now I found an additional method to receive my dose of Omega-3, and that is by fortified foods.
Fortified food means that it has added nutrients and minerals to it that the food did not have before.
