Prevent Acid Reflux Diet
Acid reflux occurs when acids that can be found in the stomach to the esophagus because the valve separating the esophagus from the stomach does not close properly. These acids are very strong, and can cause serious damage to walls of the esophagus. That do not harm the stomach lining because it is protected by a special membrane.
Acid reflux is severe enough, can cause pain in the chest area and if untreated will be very erroded esophagus and gastric acid also
