Symbolism of American Childhood: Red Wagons!
Red wagons were popularized by an American toy company called the Radio Flyer. In 1917, Antonio Pasin constructed a wooden toy wagons in Chicago which later on became very popular among many kids lasting for the next succeeding generations.
The Radio Flyer was formerly known as the Liberty Coaster Company which was named after the statue of Liberty and changed its name into Radio Steel & Manufacturing during the 1930's.
