I found this idea in a magazine called "fun with food" . It is currently displayed at supermarket checkouts. I am a sucker for those checkout counter magazines! New cupcake tomorrow!

had a fun-time popping balloons hehe I even popped one with my head ouch that really smarted hehe . Especially since my head slammed into the hard rosewood granite floor ouch no give to the floor hehe. Well popping balloons is a blast
