Question by kateen119: Are negative Calorie foods still negative when cooked?
Negative calorie foods like grapefruit, broccoli, beats, apples, lettuce, onion, strawberries, tangerines, cucumbers, garlic, spinach, turnips, asparagus, cauliflower, papaya, and zucchini are the ones I'm talking about, and I'm wondering if ones that are often eaten cooked such as broccoli, cauliflower, and green beans are still negative when they are steamed. Anyone know?
