Question by kt: To those who work in a commercial kitchen....?
Do you have a story or situation where something bad happened by not properly following food safety guidelines?? Not really looking for the classic "used the same cutting board for raw chicken and veggies". Thanks in advance! P.s... the worse the story is, the better!
