Question by June: What are the 2 important measurements in food safety? Safe Internal Cooking Temp for Leftovers?
So, I'm studying for my Culinary class, and there's some stuff my teacher didn't go over. I really need to know the safe internal cooking temp of leftovers from the fridge and I need to know the 2 important measuremtents in food safety? Please help!
