Q&A: making baby food at home?

IDK why but I cant grasp my head fully around making baby food.
MY first baby was fed gerber foods, but I am thinking of making baby food for my 2nd.

How do you do it?

Can I just buy a whole bunch of fruits and vegetables at one time, prepare and freeze them?

DO you do a ton at once and freeze them or do them daily or weekly?

Any tips? any help!
