Is Giant Eagle "Market District" brand organic baby food really organic?

Question by Ryan: Is Giant Eagle "Market District" brand organic baby food really organic?
I can't find any info on this. From my research, it is the most reasonably priced organic baby food. I know that everyone's definition of organic is different.

I'm mainly concerned about the three year lapse between farms using non-organic fertilizers and pesticides and hormones used in their livestock. I'd also prefer lower levels of preservatives and overly processed food.
