Question by jennifer: What soild foods can I feed my baby?
He is almost 8 months old and I want to start him on finger foods. He has four teeth; two on top and two on bottom. My doctor told me not to start him on meats until he is 9 months. He is starting to spit out the gerber baby food. So what are some foods that I can give him that will be easy for him to pick up and eat that he wont choke on?
