Question by Nicole: Can eating really unhealthy foods one day a week really increase your metabolism?
My mom, who works at a gym so she's always surrounded by health freaks, heard that if you eat really healthy foods all week, but one day you eat whatever you want, it increases your metabolism, and it's actually reccomended by nutritionalists and doctors. Is it true?
