Question by kowalley: How do you avoid fast food and get rid of the cravings?
I go to the gym for 2 hrs/day but have been going to a fast food restaurant daily so haven't been losing weight on the scale. I hate cooking and have cravings. Any suggestions?

Answer by karen fa way to avoid cravings (it's something i do) is to chew gum. Fruity gum is known to help curb your hunger. I don't know if it works for everyone but it helps me...
