Question by amandaajy: What besides baby food can a 6 month old eat?
My 6 month old daughter is eating baby food and cereal, but I was wondering if she was too young to offer cheerios and actual bananas and food that is easy to mash with her gums to eat. Can she eat these foods and what other foods is it safe for a 6 month old to try?

Answer by Kate WI plan on making all my sons food so I bought a book and you can give almost any kind of fruit and vegetables! just steam
