Symptoms of Thrush
Thrush is an infection, caused by a fungus called Candida. Basically, it is yeast and it thrives in warm and moist conditions. Usually it lives on the skin, in the vagina, in the gut or the mouth without doing harm. The immune system and healthy bacteria usually keep it under control. However, sometimes the conditions change, and this allows the yeast to overgrow, thus causing thrush. Here are some of the typical symptoms of thrush.
