Question by Nik G - Ganja Boy: Is regular store bought applesauce safe for babies starting with solids?
She's just about 6 months old and has been starting on solids for about a week. I noticed the difference between the ingredients between baby food and the normal stuff is baby food doesn't have high fructose corn syrup.

Answer by neato1975You can buy regular applesauce with no sugar added...I think it is Mott's Healthy harvest.
