Question by Hilda C: Starting Cereal?
I look at the box of cereal on the counter for my 4 1/2 month old and I have no idea when to serve it. He is showing signs of wanting more than breastmilk. For example he used to sleep through the night but now wakes up once. He watches us eat. He is able to sit up.
Is it best to start once a day at dinner?
