Question by Maxel's Mom: What age was your baby when you started to feed it solid food?
I have a 3 month old baby, as I look towards the future at what age did you start to feed your baby solid food? I am a breastfeeding mom and I plan on continuing to do so for the first year. When should I introduce my son to solid food. I was looking at baby food labels and some were for 4 month olds. I was surprised as I had not intended to use solid food yet. When will it benefit my child nutritionally
