Question by Miki: What restaurants are not losing quality to save money?
In the past few months I have noticed that restaurants are using cheaper cuts of meat for steaks and filling our drinks with so much ice that when it melts your coke or whatever it is is so watery that you can't drink it (no free refills). This has happened in many restaurants in Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. If anyone knows any good chains or restaurants in these areas please let me
