When do baby kittens starting weaning off formula?

Question by NR58: When do baby kittens starting weaning off formula?
I have 4 baby kittens. I have been caring for them since they are 2 days old. They are now 3 weeks old. I need to know when I start mixing the kitten food with the formula in a bowl.
Also, when do I introduce the litter box?
There is no mother cat. She was killed my a car when they were only 2 days old :'( (She was a feral cat)
