Question by mark: Wouldn't it be cool if the food network did an Iron Chef type show for home cooks?
Do you think you could handle the pressure of making 5-6 dishes using a secret ingredient found out only moments before you had to cook them?
I actually think this would be entertaining to watch as well. Although they would probably need to scale it back to a single dish and probably up the participants to 10 or so.
